Modern grinding technology; open atmosphere

We produce and grind precision tools on multi-axis CNC tool grinders from Walter and Loroch, on an area of more than 600 square metres. We profile our own and our customers’ grinding wheels on a dressing machine from Kirner.

For quality assurance, we rely on the documented accuracy and quality standards of the Helicheck Pro measuring machine by Walter. Our CAD software is always state of the art, and also provides 3D tool simulations for checking.
